On August 19, from 10 AM to 1 PM, I hosted another conservation station at Zoo Boise, spreading the word and speaking out to many zoo visitors. Many were interested in making decisions about their eating habits and some families discussed dropping Nutella to decrease palm oil demand. It was quite a successful visit to the zoo, and I handed out scores of Orangutan Gang Flyers, motivating families by the dozens.
I encourage you to expand your efforts beyond eating palm oil free and spread the word throughout your community, no matter where you live. This is an issue which needs definite attention from the populace and you can help save the rainforest through conservation education anywhere. Thank you for being a part of this mission.
